At the job market you can search for new staff for your club. You can get information about profession, skill level, personal data, salary expectation and personal data of the staff.

The maximum capacity of a stadium is 125.000 seats. A 100% security service have the ability to ensure the safety of a stadium with a capacity of 125.000 seats. A 10% security service is suitable for a capacity of 12.500 seats. Managers with a stadium capacity of 25.000 seats need at least a 20% security service. A few percentage more will not hurt, but managers should try to avoid oversized security services to safe unnecessary costs.

An informant provides information about your opponents. He gathers information about the overall strength. The better your informant is, the more exactly are its information about other teams. Weak informants often provide inaccurate and vague information, you should not 100% rely on.

With the support of a kibitzer you can gather information about other matches. The better the skill of your kibitzer, the more matches can be monitored.

A talent scout helps you to find good players with good talents. A talent scout is very usefull when you want to sign new players for your team. In the beginning of the game, you should not hire one because your club is usuable not capable to finance expensive transfers in the beginning, therefore hiring a talent scout could be a waste of money.

A goalie coach trains your goalkeeper(s). You should consider not to hire the best one in the beginning, because even weak coaches can help to improve relative weak goalies. In the beginning of the game the playing abilities of your players are weak in general...
