The motivation coach raise the motivation of your players.
The better your motiviation coach the better he can motivate your players.
You can advise him to coach the whole team or to focus on single players to motivate
them on a higher level.

Of course the coaching of single players is more effective than coaching the whole team.
In the staff overview you can make the setup which player shall be coached.
