The job market

At the job market you can search for new staff for your club. You can get information about profession, skill level, personal data, salary expectation and personal data of the staff.

Click on the names to get detailed information about the staff. The information will be displayed in the section on the left side. In the right section you can hire the staff. When you just started playing GoalStar, try to save money and hire only to most necessary staff, as long as your club has slim income.

It is most advisable to hire a assistant coach. With the support of a assistant coach your training program will be sharply enhanced.

A masseur is also hugely usefull and advisible. On some days your team will have serval matches. To withstand the strain a masseur will refit your players, therewith the fitness of your players will be ensured for league, cup, tournament and friendly matches. There is no way around a masseur...

A security service is crucial. Your fans go jolly fast and sometimes they lean towards exuberant behaviour. The security service helps to keep the mob under control and avoids vandalism and expensive repair costs of your stadium. Therefore a reasonable security service is a prudent consideration.

The maximum capacity of a stadium is 125.000 seats. A 100% security service have the ability to ensure the safety of a stadium with a capacity of 125.000 seats. A 10% security service is suitable for a capacity of 12.500 seats. Managers with a stadium capacity of 25.000 seats need at least a 20% security service. A few percentage more will not hurt, but managers should try to avoid oversized security services to safe unnecessary costs.

A motivation coach boost the moral of your team, even when it is utterly unsucessful. The motivation has great influence on the playing ability of your players. If the moral is low, your team is mucher weaker. That is why managers must try to keep the temper up, if they want to prevail.

In general a youth trainer pays off, but in the beginning of the game you should not afford one. Schooling of young players is very expensive and a heavy financial burden for your club in the beginning. You should hire a youth trainer when your stadium and your infrastructure admit that kind of expenses. When your club is well developed, schooling of young players is a good investment.

A team doctor is not quite appropriate at the beginning of the game. The injuries cure even without a team doctor because your club automatically engages external medical aid.

An informant provides information about your opponents. He gathers information about the overall strength. The better your informant is, the more exactly are its informations about other teams. Weak informants often provide inaccurate and vague information, you should not 100% rely on.

With the support of a kibitzer you can gather information about other matches. Je besser der Spielbeobachter ist, desto mehr Spiele und Informationen können eingesehen werden. Nicht jeder Beobachter ist also in der Lage jedes Spiel oder jeden Spielverlauf zu sehen. Nur die besten sehen alles!

Einen talent scout brauchst Du erst einstellen, wenn dein Verein entwickelt ist, und Du Spielertransfers durchführen willst. Talentscouts finden gute Spieler und melden dir die Transfergelegheiten so dass Du eine Entscheidung für oder gegen eine Verpflichtung der gescouteten Spieler treffen kannst!
