To make a good training you have to hire a assistant coach.
Depending on the skill of your assistant coach you can distribute trainings points to your training sessions. You can allocate up to 20 points to every key aspect of your training.
Each assistant coach has special skills and of course weaknesses. You should consider that whilst distribution the training points. The following shows the effects of training to the different areas.
You should also take into account, that there are serveral aspects of training that are not shown. It may be, that some combinations of training may not work fine together and have negative impacts on some scopes.
