Security service

The security service is responsible for the safety in your stadium.
The skill of your security service has influence on the vandalism ratio in your stadium.
The better your security service, the less devastation of your stadium sectors will occur.

Hint:
To protect a small stadium from hooligan vandalism, you must not hire the best security.
In the beginning your stadium do not need a security service, because it is small. As soon
as your first sector expansions will be finished you should hire one.

Caution:
The apporiate level of your security service depends on the capacity of your stadium and
the amount of actual spectators. The maxium security service skill level is 100% which is
appropriate for the maximum stadium capacity of a Megastadium with up to
125.000 seats. Accordingly a security service of 20% or slightly higher is good for
attendance figures of 25.000 spectators.

Hooligan vandalism is extremly expensive, but it is also important to budget your security
level carefully because security staff is expensive as well.
