Contracts

If you found a accurate candidat and want to hire the staff you can start contract negotiations.
The staff offers you a contract with fixed conditions. You have to determine the duration of the contract.

Caution:
The longer the contract duration the higher is the pay demand of the staff.

If you already have stuff members you can extend or dismiss their contracts.

Note:
If you sack your staff, you have to pay a compensation.
The amount of the compensation depends on the remaining term of the contract.
