The motivation coach raise the motivation of your players.
The better your motviation coach the better your he can motivate your players.
You can advise him to coach the whole team or to focus on singly players to motivate them on a very high level.
Natürlich ist die Arbeit mit einem einzelnen Spieler effektiver als mit dem ganzen Kader.
Die Einstellung, welcher Spieler betreut werden soll nimmst Du in der Personal-Übersicht vor.
