The job market

At the job market you can search for new staff for your club. You can get information about profession, skill level, personal data, salary expectation and personal data of the staff.

Click on the names to get detailed information about the staff. The information will be displayed in the section on the left side. In the right section you can hire the staff. When you just started playing GoalStar, try to save money and hire only to most necessary staff, as long as your club has slim income.

It is most advisable to hire a assistant coach. With the support of a assistant coach your training program will be sharply enhanced.

A masseur is also hugely usefull and advisible. On some days your team will have serval matches. To withstand the strain a masseur will refit your players, therewith the fitness of your players will be ensured for league, cup, tournament and friendly matches. There is no way around a masseur...

A security service is crucial. Your fans go jolly fast and sometimes they lean towards exuberant behaviour. The security service helps to keep the mob under control and avoids vandalism and expensive repair costs of your stadium. Therefore a reasonable security service is a prudent consideration.

The maximum capacity of the stadium is 125.000 seats. A 100% security service have the ability to ensure the safety of a stadium with a capacity of 125.000 seats. A 10% security service is suitable for a capacity of 12.500 seats. Managers with a stadium capacity of 25.000 seats need at least a 20% security service. A few percentage more will not hurt, but managers should try to avoid oversized security services to safe unnecessary costs.

Ein Motivationscoach bringt deine Jungs wieder in eine mental gute Verfassung, wenn der sportliche Erfolg ausbleibt und deine Mannschaft niedergeschlagen ist. Die Motivation hat einen großen Einfluß auf den Einsatzwert der Spieler.

Jugendarbeit lohnt sich immer aber am Anfang des Spiels solltest Du dir besser keinen Jugendtrainer leisten. Ein Jugendinternat zu unterhalten ist außerordentlich kostspielig und belastet die Bilanz von kleinen Vereinen außergewöhnlich stark. Schaffe dir also erst einen Jugendtrainer an, wenn dein Stadion und die Infrastruktur ausreichend ausgebaut ist, damit Du dir die Jugendarbeit, die eine Investition in die Zukunft bedeutet, leisten kannst!

Einen Vereinsarzt braucht ein Coach zu Beginn des Spiels auch nicht unbedingt, die Spielerverletzungen heilen auch ohne einen Leiter der medizinischen Abteilung. Jedoch nicht so schnell, als wenn ein medizinischer Leiter vom Verein eingestellt wurde.

Mit einem Informanten bekommst Du Informationen über deine Gegner. Er kundschaftet die Mannschaftsstärken aus. Je besser er ist, desto genauer sind seine Informationen über die anderen Teams. Schlechte Informanten liefern nur sehr ungenaue und manchmal wenig verlässiche Informationen über gegnerische Mannschaften.

Wenn Du einen Spielbeobachter engagiert hast, kannst Du dir andere Spiele ansehen. Je besser der Spielbeobachter ist, desto mehr Spiele und Informationen können eingesehen werden. Nicht jeder Beobachter ist also in der Lage jedes Spiel oder jeden Spielverlauf zu sehen. Nur die besten sehen alles!

Einen Talentspäher brauchst Du erst einstellen, wenn dein Verein entwickelt ist, und Du Spielertransfers durchführen willst. Talentscouts finden gute Spieler und melden dir die Transfergelegheiten so dass Du eine Entscheidung für oder gegen eine Verpflichtung der gescouteten Spieler treffen kannst!
