Squad training
To make a good training you have to hire a assistant coach.
Depending on the skill of your assistant coach you can distribute trainings points to your training sessions. You can allocate up to 20 points to every key aspect of your training.
Each assistant coach has special skills and of course weaknesses. You should consider that whilst distribution the training points. The following shows the effects of training to the different areas.
You should also take into account, that there are serveral aspects of training that are not shown. It may be, that some combinations of training may not work fine together and have negative impacts on some scopes.

Individual Training
If you are disaffected with the belongside values of your players, you can raise these values through individual training.
One point of individual trainings tots 4 regular training points, so act considerable.
Furthermore you should not engage your players to hard. Overstated tough training raises the likelihood of injuries. Außerdem trägt häufiges Einzeltraining nicht gerade zum Teamgeist bei.
Torwarttraining
Dein Torwart bekommt ein eigenes Training mit einem eigenen Trainer. Je nachdem wie stark Dein Torwart-Trainer ist, kannst Du Punkte auf Deine Torwarte verteilen. Diese Punkte geben an, wieviel der Trainer sich mit dem Torwart beschäftigt. Natürlich gilt auch hier die Richtformel, je mehr desto besser.
Dennoch solltest Du nicht alle Punkte einem Torwart geben und (falls vorhanden) Deinen anderen Torwart vernachlässigen. Dies könnte sich rächen, wenn Du einmal auf ihn angewiesen sein solltest.
Das Training findet täglich um 11:00 Uhr statt. Die Berechnung kann durchaus einige Minuten dauern, die Ergebnisse sollten jedoch bis spätestens 11:30 Uhr vorliegen.
