The security service is responsible for the safety in your stadium.
The skill of your security service has influence on the vandalism in your stadium.
The better your security server the less devastation of your stadum sectors will occur.
Hint: To proctect a small stadium from hooligan vandalism, you must not hire the best security. In the beginning your stadium do not need a security service, because it is small, but as soon as your first sector expansions will be finished you should hire one.
