Major mistakes - you should not do that:
- waste your starting capital for expensive player transfers
- overlook the potential of your starting players
- neglect the training of your starting players
- forget the sustainable enlargement of your stadium
- forget to construct infrastructure, so that to little fans visit your stadium
- forget to make reasonable ticket pricing so that your entrance fees would be to cheap or to expensive
- forget to hire a assistant coach, so that your team cannot improve
- forget to hire a masseur, so that the fitness of your players cannot recover after matches
- forget to let your players pick up match practice, so that they cannot improve
- forget to arrange friendly- and tournament matches, so that your club and players lose important income and match practice
- suffer high friendy match defeats owing to bad communication with your friendly partner which are very bad for the player motivation
- ignore the signs for the weak playing abilities of your players due to weak fitness, motivation and playing strength
- don`t even know when your live gamestake place
- forget to hire a security service what causes expensive damage of your stadium due to vandalism
- hire to much and to expensive staff that you do not need
- not to keep in view of you balance, so that your club sooner or late get into trouble
- forget to conclude contracts with sponsors
