You can use the live chat to communicate with your opponent during the live game.
If you click on the "GoalStar Chat"-link a pop-up window opens in which you can start chatting.
It is a html-chat and so java or plugins aren't necessary .
It is recommended to keep the chat-window opened even if your opponent isn't on. Maybe, he takes part later during the live game.
