The job market offers co-trainers with different skill-level. The better a co-trainer is the more training modules you can distribute across your players. Individual training modules for specific players are only possible if you have a co-trainer.

Every co-trainer has different skill-levels. The specific strengths and weaknesses are hidden behind an aggregated skill-   
value. Not until you have hired him you will see his strengths and weaknesses (for example playing ability, individual 
training, penalty shoots, freshness and so on).
