The stadium

The survey gives you an overview about the condition of your stadium. It shows you the overall condition, amount of seats and its maximum capacity. Here you can adjust the Eintrittspreise or administrate the maintenance service Rasen pflegen for the stadium lawn.

Of course it is very important to have enough seats available to put your supporters in the position to visit your matches. .

In an ordinary stadium the seats can be constructed in 9 sectors, in the megastadium the seats can be mounted in 11 sectors. The managers can assign the type of seats for each sector (perch/stance/box).

It is recommended to make the decission, what kind of sectortype is needed, before the manager place an order for seats. Changing the sektortype afterwards will provoke additional costs for the modification of the seats.

The managers have to consider this aspect because if the worst comes to the worst, no supporter can attend your home match.

Jeder Block im Stadion kann einzeln überdacht werden. Dies betrifft allerdings lediglich die Zuschauerblöcke und hat keinen Einfluss darauf, wie sich das Wetter auf das Spielfeld und den Spielverlauf auswirkt. Der Rasen wird nur mit einer kompletten Überdachung des Stadions geschützt. Allerdings werden bei einer kompletten Überdachung des Stadions automatisch auch alle Blöcke mit überdacht. Es empfiehlt sich hier also eine genaue Planung der zeitlichen Abfolge der Bauarbeiten.

Bevor ein Reparatur-/Bauauftrag ausgeführt wird, wird Dir ein Kostenvoranschlag der Baufirma unterbreitet. Erst mit Deiner Unterschrift wird dieser Auftrag dann gültig und das Geld vom Vereinskonto abgezogen.

Bei einer Komplettüberdachung des Stadions bleiben alle Blöcke für den Spielbetrieb geöffnet.

Wenn dein Stadion die Kapazität von mindestens 45.000 erreicht, so kannst Du das Stadion zum Megastadion erweitern.
