At seasons end it might be possible that skills of staff have improved or worsen. For this, an important factor is the age. The younger staff is the more likely is an improvement and the higher is the value of it. Keep this in mind while engaging low priced worse staff.

From the age of 55 it may be possible that skills get worse.

[[Security firm|Security]] has no age. So improvement doesn't depent on it and is sheer good fortune.

Besides the strength of a player you can see the current trend of his development in the team overview.
In general, a revaluation of a player within a season is done by a factor of '''0,1'''. For this, the other qualities of a player are important. Despite this, his strength and age are considered. The greater his strength is the more difficult it is to reach a higher value for that player. Contrary, the less the strength of a player with the same other qualities is the faster he is upvalued. 

Each player has a talent-value which determines how strong a player can get. The maximum strength is in the range of 8,5 and 9,9 dependent on his talent. For fairness reasons the initial players of your team all have a maximum strength value of 9,9. 

In the first 7 days after registration there aren't any revaluations of players of your user.
So you can first train your players without any devaluation.

It is a html-chat and so java or plugins aren't necessary . 

It is recommended to keep the chat-window opened even if your opponent isn't on. Maybe, he takes part later during the live game.
