Auch bei '''Goalstar''' können sich Deine Spieler verletzen oder krank werden. 
Es gibt Verletzungen/Krankheiten in den unterschiedlichsten Schweregraden. 
Je nach Schwere dauert die Genesung eine gewisse Zeit. 

In dieser Zeit kann der Spieler zwar eingesetzt werden, er sollte jedoch nicht spielen, da weitere 
Spiele seinen Gesundheitszustand verschlimmern könnten. 
Außerdem wird er Deiner Mannschaft im Spiel keine große Hilfe sein. 

Der Genesungsverlauf kann mit einem [[Vereinsarzt]] beeinflusst werden. 
Ein guter Arzt ist zwar teuer, kann jedoch die Behandlungskosten wiederum senken, denn externe Ärzte sind 
noch deutlich teurer als der beste Vereinsarzt.

Ist ein Spieler sehr schwer Verletzt (Schwere 9 oder mehr), kann es passieren dass er seine
Karriere vorzeitig beenden muss.
Dies tritt zwar nicht sehr häufig ein, kann jedoch vor allem dann passieren, wenn ein Spieler weiterhin
eingesetzt wird, obwohl er bereits krank oder verletzt ist.
