The scout supports you in spotting new talents. From time to time he will inform you about players of great talent and their prices. Depending on the skills of your scout his offerings are more or less good. Both is possible: it might be a real find or a flop. You will find all offerings of your scout at the bottom your account-overview
Hint: The salaries of a player which is offered by a scout are significantly less than those of a player in the transfer market. Consequently, it pays off to hire scouted players with long time contract durations.
