Each cup has its own requirements which you can find [[league system cup|here]]. 

Both cups will be played solely in the k.o. system. 
In the international cup there will be a away and a home game. 
The drawing will take place by the achieved ranking in the previous league. 

So it is relevant if you reached rank 1, rank 2, rank 3 or even rank 4. After the first round each rounds drawing will be totally random so each combination may be possible.
